ORDERING WITH US
When you place an order you will need to detail your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit/debit details. For your security, we do not store your credit/debit card details. This information is processed securely by Stripe.
When your request has been processed you will be notified by email with a receipt of your order, you can then check if all the details are correct.
A contact telephone number is essential so that we can quickly reach you if we need to discuss your order and is a requirement for delivery by courier.
PAYMENT
Payment for all orders is at the point of sale. Payment is made using our online payment facility and you can pay by credit/debit card. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered with UK delivery included unless clearly marked otherwise.
International delivery charges will be priced separately and not automatically added at checkout, please contact us at art@irinadenev.com and we will calculate the cost of items you wish to purchase.
By entering card details into our system you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be 18 or over, stipulate a delivery address and possess a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.
STOCK AND DELIVERY
All of the items listed on the shop section of our website are available for purchase unless stated otherwise.
We will always aim to meet delivery times quoted on our site, however, busier periods may lead to extended delivery times. Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates. At times of public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter and bank holidays) delivery may take a little longer.
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfil any obligations if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or if we identify a pricing or product description error.
CONTRACT CANCELLATION
If you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel a purchasing contract no later than fourteen days after the day on which you receive the product. You will be given a full refund. Please see our Delivery & Returns policy for more details. If you wish to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Please do remember that handcrafted items are all unique, and the colour of the item may vary slightly from the photos provided on the website.
Please be aware that details are liable to change and information is only provided as a guide and not as a recommendation or an endorsement.
