UK DELIVERY

There is a complimentary delivery on all orders in the UK. Estimated delivery times are between 3-5 working days from purchase. Delivery times are estimates.

During public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter weekend and Bank Holidays) please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer than under normal circumstances.

If you need something for a specific date, perhaps as a gift, you can email us directly at art@irinadenev.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

We use Royal Mail as a delivery provider. Alternatively, you can choose to collect from the artist's studio free of charge. If you have specific shipping questions or if you have special shipping needs, contact us at art@irinadenev.com.

You will receive a full refund in case of product damage during delivery.

EU DELIVERY

There is a complimentary delivery on all orders across the EU. Estimated delivery times are 10 working days from purchase. Delivery times are estimates.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We can ship overseas, however, the shipping rates for overseas do vary so please contact us directly at art@irinadenev.com for delivery charges to your area.

The correct international shipping fees must be paid before despatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any import charges/duties that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations.

You will receive a full refund in case of product damage during delivery.

YOUR DETAILS

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to incorrect address details. Some couriers require a signature on delivery. If you indicate that a package can be left at your home or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk.

When you place an order on our website you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but understand that in some cases you may change your mind and wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case you need to let us know in writing no later than 14 days after the date on which you received the product.

Please email us at art@irinadenev.com with your contact details and order details, telling us why you are returning an item. You will be contacted by a member of the team explaining the next steps.

Please return your item in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived. Goods found to be damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund. To qualify for a full refund you must notify us you will be returning the item within 14 working days from the date you received the products, you then have 14 days from this date to return your purchase.

We are unable to offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping for all orders unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If that is the case, we will be happy to take it back straight away at no additional cost. You will receive a full refund in case of product damage during delivery.

Please note that within the UK there is no available insurance for damage of ceramics during transit. Therefore, please make sure that the items you are returning are packed adequately as we cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. If you are returning something from outside the UK there may be insurance available for loss and damage but please check locally as we cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the return and inspect it. Please be aware we cannot notify customers when their parcel has been delivered, but once we have processed your refund, you will be notified via email. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account.
